Including 28 storey, 352 room Hotel, 1 Restaurant, 2 Bars, 10 Function Rooms, 16 Storey Car park, 4 level Atrium on Elliot and Westpac Tower - with up to 400 staff.Specifically responsbile for maximising Hotel Room Occupancy,High volume business Hotel specialising in high profile sports teams and hosted all NRL, SANZAR and international cricket teams.

Industry recognised Corporate Traineeship with time spent in every Department of the Hotel. The first year was practical, hands on experience and the second year was at Management Level with 200 rooms and up to 200 staff.

A solo position from 11pm - 7am. Responsible for collation and processing of cash received by all Hotel Outlets including Reception, Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Travel Desk, Pub /Off License and Petrol Station / Store and Forex. Preparation of End of Day reports, full reconcilation and computer backup. Also worked in Accounts Payable and Receivables as required.

Played solo piano in the Snowline Bar for Hotel Guests who were sipping stirred Martinis whilst enjoying the last glimpses of the setting sun over stunning Mt Cook. Also played in the 5 star Panarama Room, for Tauck Tour cocktail parties and for special events such as Weddings and Parties. Mainly light Jazz repetoire but had to play everything from Classical to Led Zep!
