1 / 1Shareholder and Director of Product Development for Marshall Engines Inc., the parent company of BluePrint Engines and Origin Engines.  Born and raised in central Nebraska, my passion for the automotive industry started at the age of 5 helping in my father’s Hot Rod Restoration shop, where as a teenager I learned to paint, weld, and restore classic cars.  At the age of 19, I started his career with Marshall, rebuilding and assembling engines. I quickly moved through the manufacturing ranks, learning, and performing all machining and assembly processes.  In 2003 I joined the Quality Control team as an Auditor, Inspector, Trainer, and Technical resource and later moved into R&D.  In 2020 I was appointed to the roll of Director of Product Development and became a shareholder in the company.  In my current role I oversees a large team of engineers, technicians, and project managers, responsible for the successful design, emissions certification, and launch of all new performance and industrial engine products. Outside of work, I enjoy restoring classic cars, and motorcycles, as well as volunteering as a board member for Goodwill Industries
