• Worked with Population Health Applications team to collaboratively develop lean product roadmap for innovative Care Coordination Management Tool. Rapidly developed, tested, and deployed minimal viable product for user testing, feedback, and operations. Subsequently built, tested, and launched 2 new releases and 3 new features. • Managed portfolio of 4-8 concurrent operational and external projects, throughout project lifecycle, ensuring on-schedule delivery, achieving high customer satisfaction, and effective management of vendors• Collaborated with stakeholders and users to iteratively build 3 new and optimize 4 existing products/services owned and managed by the Project Management Office (PMO)• Reviewed user feedback to inform process improvements to communications, presentations, and practices yielding improved user experience and overall efficiency of implementation methodology• Participated in organizational change management committee tasked with the strategic development of a cultural improvement plan, informed by series of user surveys, interviews, and stakeholder requirements• Led individual change team to execute cultural improvement strategy: yielded service roadmap with 2 campaigns resulting in community donations exceeding $1,250 and engaging product that increased initiative saliency and enabled the continuous accrual of employees’ feedback• Established process standards to improve efficiency and timeliness of project communications to leadership; including progress reports, change management, and escalations.• Collaborated with stakeholders to build new and optimize existing operational guidelines, tools, and processes involving the Project Management Office (PMO)• Built and maintained positive collaborative relationships between internal teams, executives, clients, and vendors.
