As the Senior Product Manager, Olympics and Team Sports, I lead the company initiative to outfit all Brand teams and athletes at the Olympic Games. This includes building from scratch/constantly improving competition uniforms, the Olympic “Village” assortment, and the small country program. I also manage the Licensed and On Field Lacrosse and Field Hockey uniform program, which has grown to $7.2M in sales in 2022, as well as the Team Catalog sublimated training collection.● Operates as the Olympic expert of the company, adding expertise and insight on a variety of topics, including our relationship with and the needs of our stable of elite NGB’s and athletes, our product assortment process, and boots-on-the-ground planning and support at the Games.● Has developed key relationships with the athletes, coaches, and staff to ensure the right product is being built and customer service is on point.● Organizes the comprehensive testing that includes wind tunnel testing, wear testing, and athlete functionality testing. Works with a small group that consolidates results to inform recommended changes.● Project managing the outfitting of 548 athletes with our “Village” assortment over the past four Olympic Games● Has developed competition uniforms over those last four Games for athletes across 24 sports, from 58 countries, winning a combined 18 medals.● Developed UA’s first-ever product offering in 6 Olympic disciplines, and used existing styles for 17 more.● Managed the project management outfitting strategy that includes timeline calendar, design approvals, and orders.● Responsible for a lacrosse category team tasked with growing the business by making insightful, strategic and creative decisions that ultimately provide best in class uniforms to athletes while increasing bottom line revenue.● Grew the lacrosse business 32% year over year in 2022.

As the Product Manager, Athlete Services and Event Merchandising, I was involved with all of the Olympic responsibilities listed above. I also led the team that created custom kits for an Ironman triathlete, beach volleyball player, and several track athletes. I oversaw the outfitting of the NFL Combine, which consisted of gear for roughly 330 athletes, plus on field coaches and scouts, and the Combine staff.● Oversaw design, development, and delivery of newly developed products with a specific end use to world-class athletes. This served as a springboard into future Olympic roles with the brand.● Managed athlete and team relationships directly with athletes, staff, and agents across multiple sport categories.● Led the team responsible for outfitting all facets of the NFL Combine, by way of either custom product or leveraging best level brand product. ● Coordinated all event decoration for the NFL Combine including personalization and packaging of each athlete’s on field kit and swag bag. this also included managing on-site athlete product and size issues.

I remain a valued member of the NFL Combine staff in a supervisory and logistics role at the Combine Medical Desk.● Assist in planning and overseeing player medical examinations and follow ups, particularly the exam, testing, and hospital logistics for 330 athletes.
