There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing that product that I have built assist a world-class athlete in his or her performance.I engage with elite athletes, coaches, and their staffs across multiple sporting disciplines to understand their sport, needs, and preferences to create the best in business products to enhance performance and achieve victory.I work alongside a cross-functional group of teammates spanning at least eight specialties, collaborating primarily with the Design, Development, and Materials teams to ensure that product integrity, quality, fit and target pricing are achieved, and established production timelines are met.• Spearheaded from creation to completion the innovation and production of Olympic special projects that included comprehensive fit and weartests as well as aerodynamic testing.• Achieved multiple world records with US Speedskating, and multiple Olympic and world championship podiums with USS, USA Bobsled and Skeleton, USA Boxing; multiple Ironman World Championships.• Managed on field uniforms on multiple Men’s and Women’s Collegiate Lacrosse National Championship teams; oversaw a plethora of on field and retail sport uniform categories.• Owned complete product outfitting of athletes and staff at NFL Combine, and multiple All America events.• Facilitated research and testing during prototype creation and development that included material selection, wind tunnel testing, weartesting, and fittings, in conjunction with the athletes and teams we were supporting.I thrive on building close working relationships internally as well as externally, getting to know the teams in each department I work with as well are really uncovering and understanding the athletes and their requirements as it is the key to producing world-class products.When you are working with the best in the business in terms of athletes- speedskating, for example-they can be the best but not if their products are holding them back from achieving optimal performance.Sports and performance play a key part in my life out of work, as I am constantly involved in the growth and development of my boys in their various sports.
