Raisin entered the UK in September 2017 with the acquisition of PBF solution, a Manchester based FinTech business.Responsibilities:As a Partnership Manager within Raisin UK, I am responsible for the ongoing management, retention and development of multiple Raisin UK partnership portfolios.I am also responsible for delivering on-boarding solutions for UK challenger banks and overseas banks seeking UK deposits. This involves the end to end project management of the partner bank on-boarding process, from the initial kick off session through to the banks going live with a product on the Raisin UK platform.

Responsible for the operational management of the Virgin Atlantic Credit Card portfolio at mbna. Overseeing the customer journey from on-boarding through to account closure / the present day. Ensuring all Operational SLAs are hit and facilitating external listening session to ensure the best customer service is received. Driving initiatives to improve the customer experience, whilst increasing retail spend. Executing acquisition campaigns to on board new accounts, whilst optimising existing channels. Supporting the management of the relationship between MBNA and Virgin Atlantic.

Managing the process for all change requests within the department. Managing and supporting the implementation of the Business Change Control process in the department. Ensuring all post implementation testing is completed and recorded.

Responsible for managing all communications within a department of around 750 people. Organising and facilitating monthly floor meetings as well as quarterly divisional meetings, which invite in an excess of 350 people. Create monthly incentives for associates and ensure our department is utilising the recognition & rewards programme each month.

Responding to customers complaints within FSA guidelines. Managing a team of associates to respond to partner complaints within contractual SLAs and regulatory guidelines. Reviewing responses completed by associates and providing quality scores, feedback and coaching.

Assisting customers who were contacting us regarding financial difficulties. Collect payments on accounts in arrears, and arrange for customer’s accounts to be put on repayment plans if they’re unable to meet the contractual repayments. Completing Income and Expenditure forms with customers, advising them of ways to cut down expenses.

Assisting customers with day to day queries. Coaching associates to help them improve quality & productivity results. Supervise new transitions groups; coaching the groups so they met the required standard of the company. Completing manager cover in the absence of managers.
