Co-designed and developed a two-day instructor-led leadership class focusing on transitioning shift managers and preparing them for their new role. Within the course, wrote scripts, designed activities, created videos, built the accompanying slides, and worked with a vendor on a large table visual and the corresponding activity. Co-designed and developed an interactive PowerPoint resource for 250+ instructors around the world as part of new instructor-led course. The self-guided presentation gave a ‘behind-the-scenes’ look at how the course was built, why each chapter was written, and provided video examples for each of the activities through the two-day course. Scripted, designed, and produced a 5-minute video animation on staffing, scheduling, and positioning using PowerPoint and Cyberlink PowerDirector.

Collaborated with my team to build design documents of several ILT and CBT courses for a large initiative, transferring knowledge and tasks from underwriters to underwriter assistants.Developed a 45-minute technical overview eLearning based on a design document. Without audio as narration, the CBT included Articulate interactions, quizzes, and an illustrated character as a guide to the course.Designed PowerPoint slide, Articulate Player, Engage, and Quizmaker templates to adhere to company style and color standards for both ILT and CBT courses.

Developed an interactive, discussion-based ILT course on Time Management for an audience of four hundred which included a PowerPoint, presenter guide, learning journal, and several handouts.Converted two 8-hour ILT courses to a series of short eLearning lessons using Articulate Studio that included Engage interactions, Quizmaker quizzes, audio recorded with Audacity synced with animation, and was published to the web for high-volume consumption.Designed and developed 2-day activity-based ILT course on being an effective leader for all district managers, utilizing table discussions, teach-backs, and workbook activities to facilitate learning.Maintained the entire catalogue of printed material on technical topics used for training in shops. Including coach guides, workbooks, job aids, and exams.Filmed and edited (using VideoPad Editor) short scenario-based videos on both technical and leadership topics that were inserted into ILT and eLearning.

Storyboarded, filmed, edited (using Windows MovieMaker), scripted, and produced over 100 training videos based on lab procedures and standards in wire and cable, appliances, plastics, print wiring boards, and chemicals, and loaded them into SharePoint for ‘on-demand’ consumption.Analyzed, designed, and implemented a ‘Do-It-Yourself’ training solution program covering adult learning principles and basic instructional design techniques to leverage subject matter experts as content developers for rapid turnaround of ILT, eLearning, and video learning.Supervised partners for projects that we chose to outsource, including project management and quality control.Explored the capabilities of mobile learning and publishing to mobile devices using Articulate Storyline.
