Strong interest in growing/emerging technologies and how they can be implemented in the field and laboratory.Managing a laboratory with over 80 staff and reporting to the state manager, adaptability and critical thinking are daily necessities to ensure that the laboratory meets the needs of our clients in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy within a very fast paced and high throughput environment.I believe that ensuring staff have a healthy work/life balance is critical to happier staff and will actively work with my team to ensure we can meet our deadlines while also allowing the flexibility that today’s workers need.
