About Chris Le'Mon

With the changes made to data protection law in May 2018, compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR) is a key priority for many organisations. In keeping with these new areas of focus I have developed strengths in readiness planning for future governance requirements, built communications, developed practical policies and created clear guidance to help colleagues in delivering compliance whilst understanding the value of it for themselves.Throughout my career I have recognised the importance of collaboration to achieve mutual objectives of the organisation; I’m passionate about engaging people and strive to find interesting and innovative ways to deliver them; a philosophy which I have pursued in my privacy and security work. I believe in common sense approaches to complex issues and I have a good track record of absorbing new ways of working and challenging myself to build on my existing skills.
