• After 13 years of achieving or exceeding Budget/Plan I trained my very capable team to take over. • This is a Joint Venture (JV) between three large media businesses who needed someone to fix and grow their investment in an EDI software application. • We were able to retire all debt, pay substantial dividends, create a footprint across >2,200 newsagents throughout Australia. This equates to >77% market share. • I designed and implemented a PaaS business model with revenue that is subscription based. This means over 90% of the revenue is predictable YoY. • We consistently produced >19% EBIT as a SME Tech business. • In response to a market need we then designed and delivered a bespoke software platform that integrates data from large and/or diverse systems into one place for more efficient data management, resulting in useful metrics and reports for businesses.

• A Venture Capital project in relationship marketing technology. • The investors needed a rescue mission to fix-grow-sell the business, or close it. The current management team needed help. • I transformed the business from a loss to a profit position, achieving a cash flow positive business with consistent revenue and profit growth. • We grew the customer base by55%. • We established an international presence.• Because of the above improvements, we then accomplished a successful trade sale at a premium price for shareholders – i.e. >15 times EBIT. • The VC Group got a very nice IRR, the founders got a whole lot more $$$s than they would have right before I joined them, while myself and other shareholders were equally happy. • I then transitioned a new management team that I had been preparing and assisted the acquirer in their IPO.

• A short term assignment where my brief was to redesign the sales and marketing side of the business from a Value Added Reseller of hardware and software, to an IT software solutions provider, before positioning the business for sale. • We successfully re-trained and re-skilled the sales, marketing and support teams. • I identified and developed new markets and new products for the business. • I implemented a mentoring program for up-and-coming women in the business.

• An international IT training & education business. • The overseas Board at Global Knowledge had a stalled Australian operation, losing money. • I reduced bad debt by 96% while still keeping those customers as repeat business.• I implemented Revenue incentives and programs which resulted in 63% Revenue increase.• I employed more effective Trainers, who also had an incentive, resulting in a 74% improvement in customer ratings. • After fixing the P&L, I diversified the product offerings by adding Cisco, 3Com and the ARG Group to the portfolio, which resulted in a 63% revenue uptick, and a healthy profit increase (detail is confidential)• The above successes improved cash flow management, the overall health of the business, and positioned the business for a successful sale.

• National Computer Systems in the USA hired me to set up vertical markets for their scanning technology products – went from $0 Revenue to $multi million in two verticals (HR and Medical).• I designed, developed and replicated PC Colleges for IBM in South Africa, Canada and the UK. I consistently produced 14% EBITDA. • The East Asiatic Company, a Danish conglomerate, hired me to set up and run their HR and Organisation Design & Development division in South Africa. After success there, we replicated this in Malaysia and Hong Kong. • Key Method, a USA company with a physiotherapy Return-to-Work technology, hired me as Chief Operating Officer to improve their business. We tripled in revenue and produced 20% EBIT.
