I regard myself as a 'people person' and feel that my ability to communicate, problem solve and innovate are my biggest strengths. I am highly motivated by pressure situations whether working alone or within a team and feel I am the type of person whose very best character traits come to the fore in difficult situations. I am ambitious, hardworking and a positive individual with a passion for delivering quality and achieving my goals. I have found success by using transferable skills from the Police Service within my time in Product where communication and negotiation have been absolutely key skills. I am certified with Product Focus and I believe I am both a modern and forward thinking example of a Product Professional who genuinely cares about what my team and I do. I have always been a fairly sporty person - having done the London marathon four times and also love spending time walking (and sometimes being walked by) my dog. I am happily married and have two young daughters so I am very happy but now need a house with more bathrooms and get told what to do at lot at home!
