• Software lead for the Data over Cable Software (DOCSIS 1.0 and DOCSIS 1.1). Wrote the original design for the protocol, and collaborated with other vendors at CableLabs • Actively participated in DOCSIS standards definition to enable high-speed data distribution over cable television system networks.• Wrote driver software using Broadcom Downstream Modulator and Upstream burst Receiver to connection to Cisco Router• Help Broadcom design the first FPGA DOCSIS MAC for interfacing to Cisco Router.
