I present on real-time conditions, and help channel client feedback to product development.*Compile and disseminate up-to-the-minute market data that help commercial real estate professionals make decisions, complete transactions, and find new business.*In addition, I manage a team of analysts, reviewing written work for quality assurance, traveling to market to oversee and assist in sales meetings, and coordinate inter-market opportunities for collaboration.*Grow and verify CoStar's database of commercial real estate inventory through communication and research conducted with brokers, owners, developers and city, state and national data providers.*Build and improve relationships with CoStar clients, vendors and industry contacts by reinforcing a mutually beneficial dynamic that revolves around information and idea exchange.
