I was Director and Co-head of the firm's Futures Trading Pipeline which runs a systematic futures center book, an execution platform and an ancillary data science infrastructure for the premier hedge fund.I presided over the development of trading strategies; the development of foundational mathematical, statistical and computational frameworks used in alpha discovery and portfolio construction; the development of data science tools and infrastructure. Our scientists and I were responsible for many of the group's intellectual properties in prediction, inference, optimization, signal processing and machine learning as well as the design of our data science workflow. I also served as Tudor's resident expert on matters related to machine learning. I chaired the firm's Machine Learning Quantitative Steering Group and made recommendations on ML related investments.
