My name is Chris Lee. I'm a former Special Forces Medical Sergeant, and now I am a Performance Coach.I am a firm believer that consistent action has a compound effect that pays dividends. Choosing to perform small, daily actions in an intentional way will inevitably lead to success. This mindset is what got me through the Special Forces Qualification Course.By allowing my desired end state to drive my daily actions I’ve been able to accomplish more than I ever thought possible. From becoming a Green Beret to climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, from getting my skydive license to starting my own business, all of these things came about as a direct result of my consistent efforts towards specific goals. Since leaving the Army I’ve made it my purpose to guide others through a specific process to plan out the life they want. My aim is to help the people I work with understand their true potential and then guide them into developing an actionable plan they’re comfortable with, to ensure their potential is actualized.It is my belief the greatest return on investment comes from investing in oneself.
