With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and property development industry, Chris Lewis is a long-term property player. As Managing Director of Progress Developments, Chris regularly plans and executes strategies for creating successful land estates. From concept to completion, Chris has managed the effective development of several high-volume residential projects in Western Australia, including Little Group’s St Leonards Private Estate and Australand’s Port Coogee development. His role is strategic and overarching, including identifying leading edge property opportunities that provide a genuine reward for investors, while creating sustainable, affordable communities.
