OYESTER44 - Original Dutch Maritime Vodka. Founded in 2017 by Chris Liebau out of passion for the coastal region of Zeeland in The Netherlands. OYESTER44 was specifically developed for seafood pairing. The vodka is distilled in copper stills and in small batches. It’a an untamed, unfiltered and glutenfree product. All ingredients used are picked and processed by hand and all-natural. We infuse distillates of botanicals. On top of that we add a disitillate made of freshly shucked oysters, filtered briny seawater and a tincture of organic potatoes. All locally cultivated and that what gives our vodka terroir and lots of character. Best enjoyed neat with seafood or in mixers. In 2020 we’ve added a range of OYESTER Maritime Hard Seltzers that stand out because of their fruit punch taste, hazy colored liquid and the addition of a pinch of natural seasalt.
