I graduated from North Carolina State University in USA with a Master Degree of Civil Engineering in 1987. While working as Project Engineer and Department Manager for consulting firms in the United States, I gained my license of "Professional Engineer (PE)" and later acquired the Certificate of "Project Management Professional (PMP)" in 2006. After 8 years of academic and engineering experience in USA, I joined Evergreen Construction Corp in 1993 to gain my hand-on management skill and experience. My duties basically related to public infrastructure projects including highway, bridge and viaduct construction. In 1997, I participated Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) Program as Engineering Director. In 1999, I was appointed as Deputy Project Manager for the Taiwan High Speed Rail C-291 Project. With contract sum of USD 450,000,000, the Project was designated as Test-Track Section for the THSR Program to verified and validated the design concept and construction criteria of the Project and also provide vital parameters for the integration and configuration of the Core System. The completion milestone of the C-291 Project was successfully achieved under my term as Project Manager in 2004.In 2006, I was appointed as Executive Deputy Project Manager for CG-590A Contract of the Taipei Mass Rapid Transit Project. The contract sum of USD 400,000,000 Project was nominated and awarded as Extinguish-Achievement by the Taipei City Government.My above infrastructure projects were mainly oversea related or joint-ventured with esteemed international partners such as Shimizu Corp and Maeda Corp from Japan.From 2009 till 2014, I have been serving as Assistant VP for Ting-Shin Corp and China Tissue Manager for Asia Pulp & Paper Corp in China. My duty and experience mainly focused on development and expansion of the new facilities for the Group.I joined IEC in August 2015 as VP for the Sales/Engineering Division for business development and project management..
