I am a commercial real estate professional focused on helping my clients achieve their goals. Currently, I am responsible for the marketing and leasing of medical and office assets throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Some of my clients include Healthcare Realty, Welltower, Pac Oak, and Anchor Health. For over 15 years, I have advised my clients on over 200 transactions valued in excess of $100 million. These experiences give me broad and in-depth knowledge of the North Texas real estate market. During my career, I have negotiated office leases with some of the leading companies in Dallas including Baylor Scott & White, Health Texas Provider Network, Amazon, Bank of America, and Met Life.Prior to joining Transwestern, I was Vice President for Colliers International where I assisted in the leasing of more than 2 million square feet of medical and office properties in Dallas. While at Colliers, my clients benefited from my pro-active approach to client service and a strong attention to detail. I twice received recognition for being in the Colliers Top 10 Producers. I received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. In addition to my professional pursuits, I am actively involved with the Boys Scouts of America, my church and other non-profits in Dallas.
