Senior Drilling Engineer/Company Man – Offshore Australia – Perth, Western Australia-Planned and designed an HPHT offshore exploration well in water depth of 396m (1,300ft) to a planned TD of 5,554m (18,223ft).-Engineering work included conductor load analysis, casing design, hydraulic design, BHA design, cementing strategy and design and P&A strategy and design.-Responsible for detailed time analysis for planning and operational purposes, detailed cost estimate and AFE, review of well design and planning to meet company standards and presentations to internal parties to gain approval to drill the well.-Worked as a Company Man when the rig arrived.

Eastern Australia Drilling & Completions Manager – Adelaide, South Australia-Managed 106 field and office personnel covering Engineering, Operations, EHS, Invoicing and Cost Control for Drilling, Completions, Flowback, Tubing Installs and Pump Installs for Santos in South Australia, Northern Territory and Southwest Queensland.-Implemented a Gated System for Complex Wells, Drilling and Completion Standards, A Cost Control and Finance System, Five Year Major Equipment Strategy for Business, and Re-tendered All Major Services with a Cost Savings of ~$50 Million Annually.-In One Year Grew Operations from 3 Drilling Rigs to 9, 100 Frac Stages per Year to 330+ and Wells Completed with Chrome Tubing or Pumps from 45 to 100+.-Over the Same Year Recordable Injury Rate was Reduced 70%, Drill Times Reduced by 20% and Frac Efficiency Increased by 300% all While Keeping Headcount Flat by Reducing Bureaucracy and Unnecessary Work.-Worked Extensively with Santos Business Unit to Standardize Wells, Programs and Equipment, Achieve Consistent Operations by Geographically Focusing Drilling and to Proactively Form a Water Team to Prevent Future Water Constraints.-Well Types Include Shallow Conventional Oil, Multi-well Pad Development of Conventional/Tight Gas Formations, Vertical and Horizontal Shale Exploration, Deep HPHT Gas Exploration and Directional Air Drilled Oil Wells in a Large Conventional Structure.

Project Leader Tajikistan – Adelaide, South Australia-Responsible for all engineering, contracting, legal and planning for our first entry into Tajikistan with no existing infrastructure, regulatory or vendor support.-2 – 4 well HTHP exploration program to 5,500m with H2S, CO2 and mobile salt issues.-New country entry planning to provide a legal and safe work environment for employees located in Tajikistan and ensure EHS compliance-Project put on hold before operations commenced

Senior Drilling Engineer – International Drilling & Completions - Vung Tau, Vietnam-Lived in country for preparatory engineering, logistics and QAQC work-Drilling Engineer on a semi-sub rig drilling a 2,897m exploration well in 192m of water-All well objectives met with <5% NPT and under budget

Senior Drilling Engineer/Drilling Manager – Tulsa, Oklahoma-Design, oversee and troubleshoot the drilling of oil and gas wells.-Experience with Horizontal, HTHP, tight gas & multi well pads.-Strong emphasis on operations and day to day improvements.-Designed wells and worked in Louisiana.Haynesville Horizontal Project-Deep, hot horizontal shale gas wells with BHP of ~11,000psi+-Developed BHA that reduced build section from 2-4 bits to 1 bit, and reduced hours in curve from 100+hrs to 40-50hrs-Average drill times reduced from 66 days in 2009 to 39 days in 2010-Drilled both record Haynesville wells for QEP at 23 days and 22 days-Promoted to Drilling Manager shortly before moving to Santos
