I provided oversight for Inbound IVR projects, which support the CVS Caremark contact center, the CVS Caremark inbound interactive voice response voice application. I was responsible for driving the ongoing development of their applications and ensuring all business requirements for each development project support the needs of the business and conforms to established methodologies. I worked closely with department leadership to set the development tempo and prioritize projects within their portfolio, as well as delivering the required financial returns for each project. These tasks will require skilled process improvement analysis in contact management systems design and theory, and the ability to create or maintain an expansive network of business partners from across the CVS Caremark enterprise and PBM Operations leadership. The Advisor will interface heavily with IT development partners and senior leaders and represent our internal customers to the broader organization.

I was responsible for Clinical San Antonio operational area with a focus on all aspects of Clinical care. The Leader is responsible for planning and executing a strategy that ensures we are performing at the highest levels of efficiency and compliance to deliver best in class service to our Members and Clients. Building a sustainable, scalable operation delivering efficiencies while remaining flexible to meet the needs of a changing market and client base is of critical importance in this role.
