As Strategy Director my role was to direct individual projects while also being the primary lead on Afterpay, Proximo Australia, Pernod Ricard and Palmer’s. The work undertaken was broad in range but included;Afterpay- Reinventing Afterpay’s biggest annual sale to make it about value and exclusivity (not just a discounts)- Took Afterpay to the metaverse with their first ever AR experience Made social media a highly effective, audience first channel that drives brand fame- Used Daniel Ricciardo to tap into new audiences and categories Re-opened the economy after a prolonged lockdown via traffic and footfall driving mass advertising.TALWorked with TAL Innovation to;- Develop, test and launch a mental health product that helps people before they find themselves unwell- Simplify underwriting with tech, making it more human in the process Solved retirement investment challenges through innovation and insight - Spent a week seconded to TAL and REST working on their merger to create a seamless, engaging transition for staffOther Projects- Repositioned Palmer’s and created their first brand campaign in Australia showing how they solve beauty chaos- Rebranded Australia’s largest health media network (Tonic Media Network)- Branded and created the go-to-market strategy for Australia’s first ever home delivery chemist service (Chemist2U)During my time at AnalogFolk I have been a key member of the revamp of the social media business by creating a new model, grounded in effectiveness. I was also the strategic lead on key pitch wins including Afterpay, Proximo Australia, Pernod Ricard Australia, Chemist2U and Rekorderlig.I have also taken on a global role as an Allyship Ambassador, ensuring diversity, equity & inclusion for all. Delivered through onboarding, training and providing support to all staff to ensure a safe, equitable working environment.

AGDA is the peak body representing graphic design in Australia. Similarly to other organisations in the same sphere they have come to reflect broader creativity and needed expertise from outside of the graphic design skill set to bring their offering to broader audiences.In my role here I contributed to developing and running a calendar of events, while also advocating for and proposing policy and direction on representation for the broader creative community. This included the development of a mentor program, a guide on salary and internships among other ad-hoc policy positions.

Now Screen saw me straddle two roles as the Strategy Director and Head of Digital. My responsibilities ranged from campaign strategy through to revamping the agency's approach to digital, social media and by extension creativity. Some highlights of my time at Now Screen;Organic Care: Developed a strategy to cut through the clutter and misinformation within the organic skin/body care category and position Organic Care as the true champions of natural.Finish Dishwashing:Unearthed the insight that being #1 in dishwashing means that Finish works across the whole spectrum of cultural foods found in Australia. Ultimately informing creative that featured a breadth of peoples and their cuisines.WhatsNew?: Took the infomercial format digital by building an in- house content production to publishing and promoting approach. Now Screen rebrand - Through customer research and consulting we modernised the Now Screen brand and value proposition to be better aligned to marketers needs.
