As program director I have had the privilege of seeing Lonehollow develop from an empty 3,000 acre ranch into a thriving and rapidly growing summer camp focused on preparing kids for life. I have the responsibility to ensure the day to day program is executed to the highest of expectations, and help manage the best team of counselors in the industry. In addition to the summer season duties I have served as a key member of our camper recruiting team, the results of which has led camp to grow from 46 campers to over 1,400. It has also been my responsibility to tell the story of camp through all marketing materials including brochures, videos, flyers and more.

15 Years experience overseeing all creative development including but not limited to website development, PPC advertising campaigns, event design, social media content and marketing, email marketing and sales collateral. • Created and coordinated marketing strategies to promote Lonehollow’s program • Shaped brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate• Developed and maintained three company websites with a focus on SEO and the overall user experience• Designed all core graphic design projects including brochures, retail products, flyers, etc.• Produced attention grabbing video content for use on social media, and in person events• Directed and motivated team of photographers, videographers, editors, and copywriters to help them use their talents effectively• Led brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas• Monitored and analyzed results of team efforts and proposed actions for the future• Forecasted and manage the budget for marketing and creative initiatives
