• Corporate Counsel for the Bay City Community Development Corporation (“CDC”) a Type B Economic Development Corporation (2010-Present); o Significant experience with complex commercial agreements relating drafting, reviewing and negotiating performance agreements, real estate agreements, and employment agreements o Primary advisor for all complex legal issues on all regarding real estate transactions, tax related issues employment issues, investment opportunity and new business developmento Manage all civil litigation claims on behalf of the CDC o Integral business partner to achieve all strategic business goals and to develop a proactive resolution to business needs• Counsel for Universal Corrosion (2010-Present)o Primary legal counsel for all commercial and transactional issues and legal issues arising from such agreements (warranty issues or breach of contract issues)• Extensive Trial Practice including Criminal Trial Work including Thirteen Jury Trials to Verdict, Four as First Chair Defense Counsel, Eight as Second Chair (Seven as Defense Counsel, One as Special Prosecutor),• Significant experience in Real Estate Transactions, Probate, Wells and Estates, Attorney Ad Litem Representation in Property Tax Collection Cases; Family Law consisting of Divorce with Property and Real Estate Settlements; Juvenile Law; Mental Health Law; and DTPA and Small Claims Litigation.

• Extensive Criminal Trial Practice including: Motion Hearings Practice including but not limited to Motions to Suppress Evidence, Motions to Quash, Motions to Compel Discovery including “Brady Motions”, Motions in Limine, Motions for Directed Verdict, Discovery Order Hearings, and Motions to Transfer; • Civil Litigation proceedings including but not limited to Preparation and Response to Requests for Production, Requests for Admissions, and Interrogatories, the Preparation for and the Taking of Depositions, Participating in Mediation proceedings, and Preparation and Review of Settlement Agreements; • Real Estate Transactions including but not limited to the Preparation and Review of Title Documents (Deeds, including Gift Deeds, Warranty Deeds with Vendors Lien, Deeds of Trust, etc….), • Preparation and Review of Earnest Money Contracts, and Closing Statements; Probate, Wills and Estates, Guardianships; Business Contracts, Incorporations, and Small Business Consultation;
