I currently direct Collaboration Designers, a studio combining the leading tools of design, business strategy, and communication psychology. I usher groups through tailored workshops and empower members to do their best work together to co-create inclusive solutions to their complex problems.Combing my experience as a designer, strategist, and creative, I work across art exhibitions, live entertainment, product innovation, and digital service design. I lead multifaceted teams on most projects, from ambiguity through collaborative explorations to resolution. Deep listening and observation are at the core of my practice when inventing human-centered solutions. I love connecting the seemingly disparate and synthesizing the abstract. Throughout my work, I aspire to create meaningful experiences that bring people closer to themselves, each other, and the world around them.
