After over a decade in the non-profit sector working with churches, then transitioning to the healthcare industry (specifically focusing on unified healthcare communication solutions) for a few years, I have made my way back to the non-profit sector, this time in the fields of both education and religion.Established over 150 years ago, Young's Chapel Baptist Church is an integral part of the Mouth of Wilson community with deep ties to Oak Hill Academy. For nearly as many years, OHA staff and faculty have been pouring into the lives of young people, both through education, faith, and relationally.I am adept in building relationships, consultation, and a shared sense of purpose. I am known for my ability to quickly establish trust with others, as well as my ability to motivate individuals into action. All skills that have proven beneficial in my role now as Campus Minister, Religion Teacher, and Senior Pastor.If you catch me outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors doing something with my family or swinging a golf club on the course.
