As one of Arco’s Estimators, I am responsible for inspecting and preparing an estimate and scope of work at each claim site assigned. My strong suit is working with home and business owners to understand their needs as restoration work proceeds. I estimate each project using Xactimate 28 and/or additional industry software to ensure return of property to pre-loss condition.I have estimated projects as large as $150k - $190k in residential and up to $30k in commercial losses. A large percentage of my day is spent working with insurance professionals and other concerned parties to ensure completion of projects within program requirements and budgets. Every project requires an established budget and scope of work, as well as a determined timeline for completion. As an Arco sales consultant I liaise with the project manager and all other parties to manage price, budget, customer materials selection, change orders, financial arrangements, and the schedule for the projects. Bringing projects to a close in a manner that owners are completely satisfied with is my ultimate goal, ensuring that all jobs are finalized properly to facilitate proper billing and payment.
