I am a product manager with deep experience moving core banking functionality to the cloud. I am an analyst at heart and thrive on driving results. I’ve delivered new products and innovated new features in technology, finance, marketing, and customer-centered design. In particular I gained experience in business strategy, detailed analysis, and Agile software delivery to drive results that impact the bottom line and customer experience.I moved on to nCino to build nCino's new Retail Lending product line. With 9 years of retail lending experience, I had the opportunity to be a leading contributor from day one. I was able to leverage expertise in Agile Product Management to advance the company's development practices. We successfully launched the Retail Lending product in 2017 and grew it in the subsequent releases and years. I expanded the strategy to support broader product lines for more sophisticated customers, while improving the software’s automation and user experience.Over the years, I’ve built a strong reputation as a people manager, leading and inspiring teams to excel. I am passionate about the process of selecting the right people and investing in their development, and have gained deep expertise in recruiting and case interviewing.
