As a volunteer community first responder I am trained by the East of England Ambulance Service Trust to attend certain types of emergency calls, with the aim to reach a potential life threatening emergency in the first vital minutes before the ambulance crew arrives.

I opened the Home Instead office covering Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe in 2009. We provide a range of companionship and care services to the elderly, living in their own homes. We are rated Outstanding by the care regulator, the Care Quality Commission, and our success is based on a very simple philosophy, to provide the care that we would want for our own loved-ones.
