Having spent the last 12 years at Allianz Australia - most recently National Manager Key Partners, Broker and Agency Division, my business partner Denis Morrissey and I identified an opportunity to purchase an underwriting agency that provides a unique Commercial product exclusively to the broker market. With over 60 years combined experience in managing and distributing insurance products for large Corporate Insurers, we are excited about the 360 business, it's product and people. We will be renowned for our ability to respond to brokers needs through a combination of good 'old-fashion' service with the agility to enhance product and system delivery. A highly regarded insurance industry leader with 30 years in the business and a track record of delivering on challenging financial and non-financial business goals.Success over the last 15 years has come through leading high performance sales team, but my experience is far more extensive. During my career I has also managed Claims units, held senior Underwriting Authorities, delivered Product and Interpersonal Skills training, run employment teams as well as holding Branch & State management positions. I am known by my Broker Partners as someone who has a high customer regard and someone who can strongly advocate for them when the situation requires. I pride myself in the improvements made in all Broker markets in which I have managed business units. I build lasting and trusted relationships based on understanding, trust and the customer’s needs. With the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external networks, I have a proven record of success through engagement. Teamwork and group alignment are cornerstones of my ability to produce required business outcomes.
