As the Enterprise Customer Success Partner, I actively engage with our most strategic customers. I work with them to drive Customer Success, value and our jointly defined outcomes using effective and measured solution adoption and consumption strategies. As a core member of the account leadership team, I am responsible for:- Driving an exceptional customer experience across the SAP end to end value chain- Orchestration and streamlining of the strongest CSS (Cloud Success Services) talent to effectively support our clients- Bridging gaps between our clients and our teams to drive client success as their trusted executive level advocate
