(Qwest Communications) Continued enhancing a framework that allowed non-IT (i.e., Product or Finance) to modify/create invoice content to bill new products with no development work. Worked on billing solutions for a large government contract (GSA Networx). Also helped develop XML and stylesheets (XSL) for an application that supplemented customer ebills. Lead off-shore development team -- including traveling to India in 2010.

(Qwest Communications -- formerly LCI International) Back-end application developer for customer billing/invoicing. Project work included invoice redesign, Y2K compliance, DCL scripting (OpenVMS), and porting COBOL code to C++ for an application that provided call detail records on media such as floppy disks, CDs, or magnetic tape. (I would shepherd this application throughout my career at CTL to include numerous enhancements and other methods of electronic delivery.)
