Time is a precious resource...thanks for spending some of yours on my page.A bit about me. I've worked with machines and people for more than two decades. Most recently, I've used that expertise to oversee Lab Operations Management for a dozen facilities and technicians with over 750,000 sq. feet of lab spaces over the continental US, including many clean room and GXP environments. Over that time, I have had oversight into many areas important to lab spaces - Quality, EHS, Lab Support, SOP Writing and Document Control, Facilities, and the importance of these groups being able to communicate effectively between one another. I've been fortunate enough to be able to be a key contributor to budget reconciliation and have seen some groups through successful FDA audits. The things I am most passionate about in the space are being able to establish effective workflows across cross-functional groups and helping others through career planning and readiness.
