Manage computers, troubleshooting user issues and upgrades. Manage network, both wireless and wired. Manage Microsoft Active Directory server and file server. Manage network software used by the church for church money management, religious service presentation and any other as needed by church staff.

In charge of office operations, including billing, invoicing, receiving, answering phones, dispatching, scheduling, payroll and all other aspects of a small business office. Also managed all of the IT aspects of the office and business including PCs, printers, network management, VoIP phones and service, data back-ups, etc.

In charge with setting up IT infrastructure for a new office while supporting ongoing operations. Included setting up and fine-tuning new on-site phone system; setting-up servers and PCs for all aspects of office life; troubleshooting user issues and general support.

Responsible for ongoing support, upkeep and general maintenance of 100+ windows servers (and 3 linux servers) on site including hardware upgrade planning and implementation; secondary support for appx 100 other servers at various Acer sites throughout north and south America, working in conjunction with the local IT staff at each location.

One of three IT personnel responsible for managing Waco office infrastructure including: PC setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, acquisition and disposal; Windows server setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, acquisition and disposal including Windows Active Directory, File Servers, Exchange server, SQL servers, IIS servers, dedicated application servers, et al; Setup of new users and their appropriate accesses, initial training of new hires to familiarize them with our software and procedures, troubleshooting user issues including access issues; auditing user access quarterly to ensure that users have appropriate rights to perform their duties without allowing for excessive rights that are not needed; system data backups, restores, backup retention and storage rotation; manage and troubleshoot local network switch infrastructure.
