Responsibilities included all aspects of the restaurant including food/liquor costs and ordering, and labor while keeping the interest of the guest, teammate and shareholder in perspective. I was also personally responsible for teammate and manager in training scheduling, organization, and Completion. Encompassed the values of the company's highest standards making this location a Manager in Training Certified Restaurant.

As an Assistant General Manager I was in charge of the bar, including all orders, insuring product levels, quality of products, promotions and /or contests with the bar and maintaining a clean, organized bar. I was also in charge of all Kitchen Manager responsibilities, as listed below. Other responsibilities included forecasts, accuracy of P&L's, local store marketing, and maintaining standards of excellence in every shift we run.

Responsibilities included controlling all aspects of the kitchen. In this position I was in charge of the ordering and receiving of products, quality of all products, weekly inventory, controlling costs, maintaining a clean safe kitchen, and ensuring the running of great shifts. I used many tools such as the cost worksheets, food usage reports, item sales trends, hourly flash reports, cost of goods reports, and labor distribution reports.

My responsibilities included money handling, knowing up to date statistics on P&L, cost worksheets, and daily sales sheets, directing employees, opening and closing of the restaurant, and maintaining customer satisfaction. I also worked very close to the rest of the management team to ensure the highest level of efficiency at all times.
