Responsibilities included all aspects of the restaurant including food/liquor costs and ordering, and labor while keeping the interest of the guest, teammate and shareholder in perspective. As an Assistant General Manager I was in charge of the bar, including all orders, insuring product levels, quality of products, promotions and /or contests with the bar and maintaining a clean, organized bar. I also worked very close to the rest of the management team to ensure the highest level of efficiency at all times.
