Process development:- I define, prototype, and bring to maturity all process steps from RFID chip assembly to final test. Process steps include micro-soldering, glue dispensing and curing, laser cutting and soldering, textile wrapping, ultrasonic welding, wire and textile transport and spooling, and more,- I work with the product development team to choose the appropriate materials and processes to meet our customer’s objectives for reliability and cost.Equipment development:- I develop and set into operation all equipment necessary to produce and manufacture our products. The equipment ranges from small prototyping tools to large scale manufacturing lines with capacities up to 25 million parts per year.- I support the manufacturing team with yield analysis and process optimization to meet OEE targets on all assembly lines.Technical leader:- I am the technical leader of a small team of technicians and engineers (3-5 people).

• Design test cards for semi-conductors - Design and validate card structures using analytical calculations and finite element analysis - Knowledge of physical phenomenon linked to card/silicon wafer contact - Adapted JEM technology to customers’ needs (temperature, current, voltage, frequency…) - Designed custom products for customer’s R&D departments• Design universal and customs PCBs for all types of testers - Knowledge of impedance, interference, frequency and leakage current phenomenon as well as LVDS and force/sense measuring methods.• Manage projects from A to Z as well as a team of sub-contractors in engineering• Customer & product support (On and Offsite)• Pilot equipment maintenance and calibration strategies for ISO 9001 certification• Tooling design and fabrication for production• Operate and train technicians to use CNC milling machine• First Aid training to promote on-site health and safety
