-Inspection of raw materials to finish goods with respect to company standards of gas lift valves(API 19G2) and gas lift mandrels(API 19G1).-Review of MTC/COC from import materials like elastomer, machining & forging item with respect to material specifications of PTFE,AFLAS,MGFT,13 CR,Incoloy,Monel, stainless steel etc.-maintaining record of inspection.-Daily tool box meeting for safety purpose.-knowledge of instruments like vernier caliper, micrometre,bore gauge,Thread gauges,hardness tester,UT gauge, Radius gauge,bevel protector, height gauge.-Clear GRN in JDE with quality documents.-Creating NCR as WPTS for rejection material.

-Handling customer complaints by ,Why-Why analysis & CAPA method. -Ensure product quality by reports and inspection as per QMS.-Be a part of IMS audit as showing quality dossiers.-Preparing QAP for third party inspection and handling with the quality team as well as the project team.-Review of quality documents (MTC/COC,Reports, Calibration)-handling NDT part of materials such as PMI,LPT,UT,RT.-sending material for Destructive test method and review of test reports.-Making NCR of rejected material and pareto chart of NCR's for analysis.
