  Providing Qualys, a vulnerability detection and response cloud based platform aswell as a Managed SIEM Service via QRadar (powered by industry leader IBM) to high profile customers. Working in collaboration with the CYSOC and cyber content development team in cyber threat protection service, monitoring client infrastructure, systems, network and applications for security events. Throughout the contract, i act as the customer’s trusted advisor cultivating a strong working relationship. Responsible for providing review of the following: strategy, policy, rules, tuning, procedures, processes, threat identification & response. Regularly working collaboratively with the customer keeping up to date with the current threat landscape, ensuring proactiveness in providing support to the customer by working with the team to potentially build new custom rules in order to detect on new vulnerabilities and unusual activity. I am responsible for creating and providing weekly and monthly reports that help customers manage the security of their network. These reports are analysed and regularly reviewed with the customer looking for trends and patterns. I attend Quarterly face to face meetings with the customer along with our wider team to ensure their requirements are met. I provide a monthly report for the consumption of the CISO showing ; Top 10 source IPs; Top 10 destinations and breakdown of offense types. I am also responsible for updating playbooks in order to support the SOC on triaging offences. I am now looking forward to developing my skills with Sentinel and Securonix SIEM.
