Performed fire prevention, fire suppression and conservation work on state forests and private lands. Operated and maintainedheavy equipment and performed variety of wildland fire suppression. Assessed environmental condition of active fires. Gathered and reported information about landowner, cause of fire, location, values/structures at risk. Educated local cooperators, the public and worked alongside schools to provide education to all. Provided landowners visits to their property to assess timber, land structure and provided education on proper management practices.
