• Monitor the CMMS system to ensure KPI’s (Key Point Indicators) are met and Field Operatives arrive on time to work orders dispatched to them via there tablets. Once field work is complete review CMMS system to ensure Temporary repairs are done and Permanent repairs are scheduled.• Coordinate with Operations Managers to Schedule Permanent repairs that are due within KPI’s days due.• Prepare CMMS Exported Excel reports for Weekly, Monthly review and updates.• Attend weekly / monthly meetings with client (TXDOT) on KPI’s that where met and mitigations we may have. Determine month end results on KPI’s.• Prepare Field Operatives with new setup of Tablets, Cell Phones. and Laptops.• Monitor MyCarTracks GPS Fleet Management System to help asses where Operatives in the field may be at any given time and maintain a quick incidents response for the clients. Monitor Operatives in the field for emergency Health and Safety of Technicians.• Manage office Staff Finance Assistant and Third Part Claims Coordinator.

• Use of all Microsoft Office Suite which include Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio, Outlook, Exchange, Lync, One Note, Project, and SharePoint.• Creation of Dallas County Inspection, SPOC Safety Point of Contact, and Maintenance SharePoint site for better Business document collaboration across Satellite offices.• Use of Site Manager daily diary and work order system• Order Stock supplies and maintain inventory counts through ERP Enterprise Resource Planning system.• Assists in providing support to local law enforcement officials at accident sites; assists stranded motorists as required.• Operates heavy equipment such as a front-end loader-one and a half cubic yards or more, tractor-trailer haul truck, large dragline, shovel, paint striper and dump truck.• Performs preventive maintenance inspections (PMI), routine servicing and minor repairs on equipment and completes various required reports including time-keeping, equipment forms, inventory, accident forms and PMI.
