Dispatcher• Order all directional tools and mud motors for each rig job.• Set up all trucking for shipping tools and equipment.• Prepare all required documents related to shipping tools and mud motors out to rig locations.• Ensure all tools are picked up and delivered to the rig in a timely manner.• Check all connections on the tools received from third parties.• Create and maintain all shipping tickets and logs in the Oasis system.• Create all accruals for rented tools and mud motors.• Create all purchase orders for rented tools, mud motors, and shipping costs. Operations Analyst • Create and maintain a spread sheet for Mud Motors containing a break down of each section of the tool broken down by motor number containing the location of the tool, the availability, if the tool is in repair and the estimated completion date, and if the tool is being serviced in the shop or at a vendor.• Create and Maintain a spread sheet for the Measurement While Drilling tools containing a break down of each section of the tool broken down by tool number containing the location of the tool, the availability, if the tool is in repair and the estimated completion date, and if the tool is being serviced in the shop or at a vendor.• Create and maintain a 3rd party motor rental spread sheet that tracks all motor rentals drilling and circulating hours, dates the motor was used, any and all maintenance for the accounting department.Safety Coordinator• Assist in creating a Childress Directional Drilling safety handbook.• Moniter and inforce safety regulations. • Conduct a monthly safety meeting.• Continually update all required safety forms and requirements for various customers.• Update and Maintain the ISNetworld account. • Assign and moniter all online safety courses for all shop and field personell. • Continually update the Childress Directional Drilling safety handbook.
