2000-2006 - Production Operator & Quality Assurance Officer I worked as a Production Operator with cross training in the Quality Assurance Department and was responsible for running machinery and recording, maintaining and auditing documentation across the Production site. 2006-2007 - Validation Team member I worked in the Validation & Testing team whilst a new production line was installed in 2006, this included, but was not limited to, CNC machine installation, calibration, testing and programming, I was actively involved with fault finding, data collation and action planning I also worked as part of a team to train team members and write relevant work instructions. 2007-2014 - Production Operations Specialist I was working across Production, Quality Assurance and the Maintenance Department across a number of roles with numerous varying responsibilities. September 2015 - 6S 'Drive' Leader I was assigned to be the company's internal 6S program leader and was responsible for reducing overheads and waste in line with the Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing model used by the company. I was also a member of the Health & Safety Committee and a Fire Warden. The company was flooded in December 2015 and subsequently closed in May 2016.
