iSurf is the island’s only fully mobile surf school meaning we’re free to track down the best weather conditions in which to teach our fantastic range of surf and stand up paddle board lessons.

• Responsible for £4million worth of training income• Responsible for selling training solutions to schools and groups across the UK and Europe. These will be a mixture of educational content to multi activity trips. The sales cycle can range from 6-12 months for most schools and groups and would be mainly a ‘cold call’ start from the beginning. The range of income for these deals would be between £3k and £12k on average. The negotiation would vary from school to school but mainly the head teacher would have the final decision and input.• Direct mail campaign to over 600 schools using cold calling and mail.• Setting up marketing and advertising campaigns to help generate new business through online and print services.• Also responsible for selling training courses to career training individuals looking to work in the watersports, yachting and superyachting sectors. These enquiries are generated from print and online advertising. The income from these courses would vary from £3k to £21k per individual.• Manage a team of 4, setting monthly, annual targets. Providing monthly and annual reviews to assess performance and offer training if required. Managing courses numbers in order to make sure targets are possible and achievable.• Staff training• Reporting and presenting monthly to the senior management team of the team and my current position.
