Working within the Microwave Process Engineering team at the University of Nottingham, I assisted in the delivery of cutting-edge research to commercial partners.I gathered experimental data through the operation of advanced experimental microwave test systems, and performed data analysis and visualisation using Excel.

As an IT Support Tutor, I provided first line IT support to students and staff members. I worked to resolve software issues and diagnose hardware faults across a variety of systems, as well as dealing with general queries and complaints.

As an ambassador for the School of Chemistry I worked at applicant outreach events. My responsibilities included representing the school to visitors and coordinating with staff members to ensure events ran efficiently.
