In this role I provided sport psychology support to the Mens first team squad, alongside leading projects to support a psychologically informed environment, mental health support and coach education.

In this role I was Phase Lead for the Mens PDP phase, supporting and leading on the psychology provision in this section of the pathway.

After initially starting work with the ECB (solely with the U19 age group) through my role at the EIS in May 2013, I moved over to the ECB full time in April 2015. During my 5 years I provided psychology support to all aspects of the pathway from U19's to the Senior Mens team, as well as contributing to the ECB coach development pathway and first class.

During my time at the English Institue of Sport (EIS) I provided Performance Psychology Support to GB Boxing, Paralympic Table Tennis, England Cricket and Table Tennis, as well as short projects with other sport. I worked with GB Boxing at their successful London 2012 Olympic Games, alongside Paralympic Table Tennis at the 2012 Paralympic Games.
