Camp Jabberwocky is the longest running overnight camp in America for people with disabilities. I provide individual round the clock care for campers.

I lead the financial reporting for all of Panera Brands. I work closely with our Emerging Brands to ensure timely and consistent reporting of KPIs and all other financial results. I provide monthly and quarterly reporting to the Panera Executive Team as well as the Board of Directors.

I managed a team that handled all of the planning and budgeting for Paytronix. I built a comprehensive annual operating plan, working with the executive team to set clear and actionable goals. I led a quarterly reforecast of the operating plan, doing a detailed analysis of revenue and expense. I worked closely with our engineering team to manage our technology spend, specifically focusing on cloud finance. I built out the financial model for the move of our production environment to Azure. I also oversaw the sales commission and compensation, from putting together the comp plans, to calculating monthly and quarterly payouts. I negotiated vendor contracts with new and existing vendors totaling $5+ million annually. I have led several fundraising rounds, with the most recent being a $20MM fundraise to continue our investment and grow the organization.

I built out the FP&A function from the ground up. I handled all aspects of budgeting and planning for the company, putting together a detailed operating plan each year and completing reforecasting at the end of each quarter. I worked with our engineering team to build out a cloud strategy and push for cost savings. I negotiated vendor contracts for all of our largest vendors. I managed the commission process for the sales team. I worked on fundraising initiatives to drive investment initiatives for the company.

I provided key high-level financial analysis to senior partners in the organization to inform large-scale business decisions. I created budgeting, forecasting, and reporting packages for the North American Region of BCG. I worked cross functionally with recruiting teams and local office finance to develop recruiting plans for BCG consultant classes. I coordinated the standardization of financial reporting with BCG's adjunct business models.

I work to shape M&A strategy to drive the company’s inorganic growth. I size product markets and create financial models to value targets. I coordinate due diligence of targets, working with many external advisors, and project manage various aspects of acquired company integration. I work cross functionally with company leaders to fully integrate new acquisitions into the Sovos portfolio. I have participated in the due diligence, closing, and integration of two major acquisitions as well as the due diligence of many other potential targets. I also coordinate the Net Promoter Score survey and analysis for the entire business.

I worked on budgeting and forecasting for the entire organization. I also prepared reporting packages for the executive team. I created financial models for M&A target companies. I worked along side the Internal Applications team, assisting them as a Salesforce Administrator, and completed a full Salesforce migration of a newly acquired company.

AnalystI scout and develop new projects for both long term and short term holds. I established relationships with brokers to get access to off market deals. I prepare offering memorandums and loan packages to submit to investors and banks. I have developed an investor facing website to attract new investors. I am a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and I have assisted in the sale of several properties.Marketing DirectorI direct the marketing for the property management firm. I create and manage content to attract potential tenants. I have also created a consumer facing website. Property ManagerI manage two regions of Cougar Capital’s portfolio. I rent apartments, collect rent, and coordinate maintenance. I oversee a team of maintenance managers and building managers. I am directly responsible for the management of over $3.5m in assets.

I served as a director at The Wisconsin Union, directly managing four leadership positions and a committee of 25 students that planned 25 community service trips all over the world. My position also managed other aspects of the Union and I sat on a board with other students that oversaw a multi million dollar budget.

I scouted new deals, handled operations management, managed the marketing, assisted in web development, and performed general administrative tasks.

I coordinated the Badger Volunteers program, which places over 600 students in semester long weekly volunteer positions. I managed relationships with over 50 community partners in the Madison area. I planned and ran, orientations, trainings, and reflection sessions for all students involved.

I sold various food products to fans at all home Red Sox games and other events at Fenway Park.

I served on a team that planned and managed transformative community service events for the corporate and community partners of City Year Boston. Over the course of the year we engaged over 3,000 volunteers at 22 different service events. I won the John O'Connor Award for excellence in civic engagement.
