Developed custom grounding solutions for the PV industry. Worked with customers to ensure all components were properly grounded on their systems. Each solution was tested using a High Current tester to make sure it passed all code requirements. I designed custom solutions for washing industrial parts.For each machine I developed a custom wash cabinet, wash and rinse plumbing, drying system and plumbing, steam evacuation system, and countless other small details and features.I was responsible for communicating with each customer, and working with them to incorporate all the features they needed. This included custom materials for any chemical compatibility issues concerning their washing solution, and any unique requests involving their parts or factory requirements.Once the machine was finished, I scheduled a customer visit to inspect the machine, and run it to their satisfaction. In some cases we ran a full manufacturing lot of parts for inspection by their factory labs.The machines I designed washed parts as small as diesel engine fittings, and as large as air compressor castings weighing up to 10,000 pounds.

I designed and implemented cost saving changes to the manufacturing cells and processes. I qualified new equipment to replace assembly machines which were the bottlenecks of the process line. I developed new recipes for each product line to ensure new product compatibility.I designed safety features to reduce fire hazards and machine tampering.
