I have over 25 years of work experience as a chef and a naturopathic nutritional therapist, with a passion for helping people achieve their wellness goals through diet and lifestyle changes. I have a diploma in Clinical Nutrition from CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine, and I have completed several certifications in generative AI, a field that fascinates me and has applications in health and wellness. I currently work as a naturopathic nutritional therapist at Epinutri, a company that provides personalized nutrition advice and support to clients with various health conditions.At Epinutri, I assist individuals with specific health problems through assessments and counselling about their diet and lifestyle. I use evidence-based and holistic approaches to design customized nutrition plans that suit the client's needs, preferences, and goals. I also educate and empower clients to make informed choices about their health and well-being. Some of the skills that I use in my role are nutrition, team building, computer ethics, communication, and problem-solving. In addition, I continue to offer my freelance chef service, where I prepare and deliver healthy and delicious meals for private clients.
