Exploring and creating opportunities for small holder farmers to participate actively in markets through capacity building,enhanced production and product quality, new marketing linkages and where appropriate certification are at the heart of what Bioglobal was set up to do.Window on some current consulting work includes:ADB/IFOAM PGS Project developing models for PGS in 6 GMS countries.POETCom/IFAD/SPC PGS project creating models in Fiji and Kiribati to help enable remote communities participate in regional markets. Success includes PGS certified VCO reaching markets in Nadi and PGS certified papaya being sold to NZ.Binh Dinh Sustainable Rural Livelihoods Project - Vietnam - supporting small holder farmers in coordination with local cooperatives to establish Viet Gap certified safe vegetable packing houses, with success results.Other work includes small holder coffee and tea, product branding etc etc
