Customer service advisor for Fanatics, responsible for handling customer queries and issues using both phone conversations and emails. This role was advising on customer enquiries based upon the online websites for companies including Manchester United, Real Madrid and NBA online store.

Various OCL Sites

NPLQ Leisure attendant, who qualified in October 2014. Within this role I was responsible for preserving and managing the safety of the customers of OCL, mostly through overseeing the swimming pool, but also in the sports hall. My other responsibilities were reception duties, operating the tills and cleaning, amongst many others.

I worked for two years as a Football Referee, primarily officiating in the Tameside League in Greater Manchester, overseeing matches ranging from Under 11's to Under 16's. This was a challenging, yet vastly rewarding profession as this enhanced my skills of discipline, leadership, level headedness, time management and organisation.

The Challenge was run by the National Citizen Service, which initially spanned for 3 weeks, and a further two dates in July, which was a final project. This involved travelling the country and being involved in various projects for team building with people of a similar age. This involved physical challenge and enhanced my understanding of the importance.

I undertook the Duke of Edinburgh Silver award in 2012, this started in 2011, wherefore I completed a year of volunteering in Football Coaching, Learning the new skill of Rock Climbing, and the physical activity of Football with my club. In addition to these activities I undertook 4 exhibition walks, two practice walks, then the final walk which was over.
