As a project manager, I work on infrastructure projects, particularly in the railway sector, as well as road and network development. My responsibilities can be summarized as follows:1. PROJET SMR/ SMI Aulnay sous Bois - L16 / L 17 - GRAND PARIS EXPRESSCovering an expansive 20-hectare area, the Aulnay operations center is intricately connected to Line 16 via a tunnel spanning approximately 1.5 kilometers, and to Line 17 through a viaduct extending over approximately 1 kilometer. This multifaceted center comprises three core functions:1. The Centralized Command Post (PCC), which operates in real-time, collecting comprehensive data for the Grand Paris Express, orchestrating train traffic, and diligently overseeing and regulating traffic flow.2. The Maintenance and Storage Site (SMR), dedicated to receiving, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and storing trains with precision.3. The Infrastructure Maintenance Site (SMI), tasked with maintaining metro infrastructure equipment in impeccable working order, encompassing tracks, structural elements, and energy distribution systems.The total investment for this project amounts to 592 million euros, and this figure includes an additional 29 million euros for land acquisition.

Project manager for the execution and management on the construction project of Mengong-Sangmélima.Building owner : Ministry of Public Works .Cost of work : 101 Million €Description : Construction of a new road 79 km in asphaltic concrete BB 0/10 , one bridge of 30m and 90 culverts .Tasks to achieves :> Supervise a team of 6 experts( construction engineer, hydraulician, geotechnician, topographer, earthwork engineer and 20 technicians) ;> To assure the planification of follow-up operations, control and reception of the work in relationship with the whole speakers( team of the building owner, the project manager and the company) ;> To mediate inoder to resolve conflicts between the company and residents ;> To organise the site visit with the building owner ,weekly and monthly meetings, regroup the activity report of the experts and write the monthly reports ;> To ensure the examination, the validation, the synthesis and the follow-up of documents linked with the technical control and to the management of labour market ;> To analize monthly situations, to instruct the demands of the modification of the execution project and to coordinate des studies linked to the modifications ;> To intervain until the reception of the work and organise the prior operations for the reception of the project and the lifting of reservations ;> To verify the receipt request, to establish the service order necessary for the work progress ;> To examin the company statement, verify the quantity, to assure the financial monitoring of missions and manage the contractual aspects ;> To participate to the management of incident handling and disputes

Geotechnical engineer (deep foundation expert) of the execution project manager on the construction project of the Omnisport stadium of Japoma(Douala) .I intervened at part-time especially during the realisation of the deep foundation of the stadium.My work was based on :> Coordination of the mobilisation of technical assistants and laboratory technicians ;> To pilote the management of pile concreting ;> To verify the intergrity of the pious ;> To verify the conformity of the concrete by compression test ;> To assiste the project chief execution contractor and do weekly and monthly reports.

Geotechnical engineer of geotechnical assistance for project management(AGMO) on the conception project and the realisation of the seconde bridge on the wouri.Building owner : Ministry of public works.Cost of the work : 162 Milions €Description :1- Two bridges in prestressed concrete constructed by successive cantilever :>A road bridge of length 752 m and width 25,50 m with a pavement of 2-3 trafic ways and one sidewalk.>One road bridge of length 742 m and of width 10.10 m with 2 railways .2- Some access embankment and some round at the two extremities>600 m at bonaberi side ;>1400 m at Deido side.3 -Two inferior passages .4 – Some walls in reinforced earth at the north and south.Task carried out :> Own calculation or internal control on sizing and justification on the work studied : deep foundation, embankment and retaining wall, soilreinforcement and amelioration, technical assistance and diagnoses ;> Instrumentation followed by the consolidation of embankments in compressible zones by the installation of settlement mass, some inclometer, some piezometer and earthmoving rods ;> Piloting a group of technicians for the realisation of geotechnical test in the laboratory and in situ.> Realisation of operations prior to carrying out the work.
